Since its founding in 2019, Evergreen has built a high-quality portfolio, nearly all subsidized under HUD’s Section 8 or the Baltimore Regional Housing Partnership (BRHP). Evergreen’s model emphasizes stable, subsidized income streams, high tenant retention, and integrated support services—including financial literacy and job training—to foster economic mobility for underserved households.

Healthcare

Evergreen actively acquires properties leased to operators in the behavioral health sector. Our tenants deliver treatment for substance abuse and addiction disorders, mental health services, and special education.

This asset class is highly fragmented and presents an opportunity to acquire properties at a compelling basis with strong potential for appreciation. Behavioral health services are in high-demand and have proven to be resilient to market fluctuations and macroeconomic conditions.

Evergreen Energy is a Washington, D.C.–based renewable energy platform with years of solar development experience, specializing in the development and management of both residential and commercial solar projects. As an asset manager for third-party owners, we utilize the newest technologies and data-driven tools to optimize performance and enhance financial returns across our portfolio. Evergreen Energy has successfully developed and installed hundreds of solar systems throughout the District, helping to reduce energy costs and promote environmental equity in local communities.
